Integrative Wellness Coaching with Sarah Tillemont is designed from almost a decade of experience working with eight healing modalities to meet you where you are and help you achieve balance, clarity, and long-term well-being in every area of your life — mind, body, emotions, energy, and soul.

This Coaching is not licensed medical or mental health work, and it's not performance-centric. It's more about you - with a Whole-Person, holistic approach to personal coaching that promotes well-being, deeper growth, embodied purpose, positive impact, and life satisfaction for years to come.

It combines a variety of holistic healing, life and spiritual coaching, and professional wellness-based techniques to help pro athletes find healing and homecoming during one of the most impactful chapters of their lives.

The Growing Edge Method was designed by Sarah to help you lean into and embrace the areas in life where you feel stretched, restrained, challenged, inspired, or on the edge of transformation to push beyond current limitations and cultivate overall well-being and personal fulfillment in life.  By integrating emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and energetic wellness practices that meet you exactly where you are and help you grow where you desire, The Growing Edge Method creates lasting change at a core level.

This retainer-based packaged offers weekly 90-minute sessions and unparalleled, real-time access during the 30 days for athletes who want deep healing and ongoing support during with reliant accountability in between sessions.


This is for you if you're seeking an impact similar to The Growing Edge, but also:

      Every Integrative Coaching session with Sarah is uniquely tailored specifically for where you are in the moment both at work and in your life. Sessions blend trauma-informed care and life coaching strategies with holistic healing and wellness techniques for a Whole Person approach. Modalities used in sessions include somatic healing, energy therapy, mindfulness-based practices, mental re-patterning, emotional processing, ancestral healing, past life regression, and spiritual exploration so you can connect on all levels - mind, body, emotion, energy, and soul. Not all modalities are used in every session; they're more like the tools in the box we take out when they can support you best.

      Before we go into the work, we first ground into the moment with a gentle, easy mindfulness practice to promote presence and awareness. Then, we chat about what's been coming up for you so we can set a solid foundation for the session’s focus. After checking in, we'll decide together which holistic healing modalities and coaching tools are going to support you best and dive in. Once we're near the end of our session, we'll transition out of the work, help you integrate everything so it feels easier for you to go into the rest of your day, and create an action plan on any next steps we can take to ensure progressive healing and growth.

      All sessions are conducted via video call (Google Meets) unless otherwise discussed.

      Most clients book coaching packages again and again - because healing and growth is a journey and lifestyle, not one-and-done. I recommend starting with the package that's going to meet your current desires the most, and then you can decide what kind of extra support you want. **We can always create a custom package for you too!** If you just want one session, The Liberation Session is for you. If you want more than one session, the Growing Edge is for you. And if you'd like "on call" support in between multiple sessions, the 30-Day Intensive will be best for you (it's definitely the most supportive package). You'll know which one will best support you after you complete your first package.
