Integrative Wellness Coaching is not medical or licensed mental health work. Every Integrative Coaching session with Sarah is uniquely tailored specifically for where you are in this exact moment of your life. Sessions blend trauma-informed care and life coaching strategies with holistic healing and wellness techniques for a Whole Person approach. Modalities used in sessions include somatic healing, energy therapy, mindfulness-based practices, mental re-patterning, emotional processing, ancestral healing, past life regression, and spiritual exploration so you can connect on all levels - mind, body, emotion, energy, and soul. Not all modalities are used in every session; while it's nice to have them at our disposal, they're more like the tools in the box we take out when they can support you best.
We’ll start every session with a short chat about what you hope to get out of our time together. After checking in, we’ll go through various practices that will support your goal for the session. Once we near the end of our time together, we’ll chat about what came up for you. At the very end, we’ll create an “action plan” on any next steps we can take to ensure progressive healing, growth, and well-being. There isn’t a one-size-fits all approach; the Integrative Wellness modalities we use will be the ones that can support you best in the current session, and we may use different ones in future sessions to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need.
All sessions are conducted via video call (Google Meet) unless otherwise arranged.

While I share the same levels of confidentiality, discretion, and intention to support athletes’ well-being, it's important to understand that I'm not a licensed or trained mental health (or a medical professional for that matter) like a psychologist is. This means I do not diagnose or treat illnesses or disorders. My work complements sports psychology by integrating holistic methodologies and techniques to address not just mindset, but the overall foundations of well-being: mind, body, emotion, energy, and soul. Over the course of a decade, I’ve seen how this work positively supports the work psychologists do rather than replacing it, by working with clients alongside psychologists and also as an accredited Integrative Wellness teacher training licensed therapists so they can help their clients in similar ways.
Sarah Tillemont is recognized globally as an Integrative Wellness Expert and Educator emphasizing that "healing is experiencing yourself," and her unique approach combines cutting-edge holistic wellness practices with proven teaching expertise to bridge the gap between soul-deep healing and every day living.
Her passion for working with professional athletes was inspired by her husband, Leo Tillemont, a former collegiate/pro soccer player and current FIFA Licensed football Agent. Early in their relationship, she developed a deep appreciation for the immense passion and ambition athletes bring to both their careers and personal lives. Having witnessed how Integrative Wellness positively transforms the lives of her high-performing clients like celebrities and CEOs of large companies, Sarah recognized its potential to elevate every aspect of an athlete's journey—both in and out of sports.
Her mission is to create a paradigm shift in how we approach performance, healing, and well-being. By providing elite athletes with deep holistic support and personal empowerment, she helps cultivate a generation of inspiring role models who thrive in every dimension of life—mind, body, emotion, energy, and soul.
Sarah's a trauma-informed, Advanced Integrative Therapy Practitioner, accredited teacher with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), certified life and spiritual coach, and 200H yoga teacher with a focus on meditation, rest, and nervous system recovery. She's also had the honor of sharing her work as a published author, hosting the Her Ascension Story Podcast that's reached 60+ countries, and years of leading healing retreats in Sedona, Cape Cod, and Asheville in the United States.
