FAQ

Holistic Development with me is a strategic recalibration of your inner operating system. Our work together is meant to help you grow as a person and a player (or coach), both during your time in athletics and long after. It complements the work of traditional development but fills in the gaps and allows you to go even deeper so that you have even more tools and resources available for your personal and professional success. My goal is to help you experience this work with practicality and passion so you can handle the hard moments and reach greater potential and impact while becoming sharper and stronger than ever.

Every Holistic Performance session is uniquely tailored specifically for where you are in this exact moment of your life. We’ll start every session with a short chat about what you hope to get out of our time together. After checking in, we’ll go through various practices that will support your goal for the session. At the end, we’ll create an “action plan” on any next steps we can take to ensure progressive healing, growth, and well-being. There isn’t a one-size-fits all approach; the developmental modalities we use will be the ones that can support you best in the current session, and we may use different ones in future sessions to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need.

All sessions are conducted via secure and encrypted video call (Google Meet) unless otherwise arranged.

It's common for clients to re-book packages to either continue working on different goals or make our work together a solid part of their lifestyle. I recommend starting with one package and going from there. You can always book another package if/when there’s availability. While I share the same levels of confidentiality, discretion, and intention to support athletes’ well-being, it's important to understand that I'm not a licensed or trained mental health (or a medical professional for that matter) like a clinical psychologist is; this means I do not diagnose or treat illnesses or disorders. My work complements sports psychology by integrating holistic methodologies and techniques to address not just mindset, but the overall foundations of well-being: mind, body, emotion, energy, and soul. Over the course of a decade, I’ve seen how this work positively supports the work psychologists do rather than replacing it, by working with clients alongside psychologists and also as an accredited holistic therapy teacher training licensed psychologists so they can help their clients in similar ways.
