Using Integrative Wellness techniques with nutrition and exercise shows 63-70% reduction in depression, 48% reduction in stress, and 23% reduction in trait anxiety (PubMed, Johnson, et al, 2015). The different techniques facilitated in Integrative Wellness sessions can also reduce overall stress through measured significant improvements in blood pressure, cortisol levels, and heart rate (Joshi, et. al 2016 and Perciavalle et al., 2017).
Integrative Wellness modalities have shown 86% improvement in sleep, 78% reduction in pain, and 94% reduction in anxiety. It also decreases post-workout recovery time (NFPT, McCray, 2025 and PubMed, Dawson, et al., 2014) while reducing fatigue and alleviating pain and stress, in addition to improving quality of life (HNP Journal, Melek Yeşil PhD, 2024). Other studies indicate that the modalities are also effective in reducing blood pressure, resting heart rate, and increasing heart rate variability, overall activating the parasympathetic nervous system for recovery and improved quality of life (Sage Journals, McManus PhD, 2017).
Get to 100% and have support staying there. Modalities used in our Integrative Wellness sessions can help lower risk of severe injury, promote healing in new and old injuries, and relieve discomfort during injury healing time, (NFPT, McCray, 2025) while accelerating the effectiveness of serious treatments like surgery (Keyes, Feldman MD, 2021). Italian hospitals have also studied effects, showing 98% of patients show measurable physiological benefits that enhance physical performance, along with decreased number of cases with post-operative depression and post-operative pain or weakness. Integrative Wellness can also provide enhanced coping skills and improved cognitive and mental preparation for return to sport post-injury (PubMed, Tranaeus, et al., 2024).

Frequently Asked Questions
What does a typical session look like?
Every Integrative Wellness session is uniquely tailored specifically for where you are in this exact moment of your life. We’ll start every session with a short chat about what you hope to get out of our time together. After checking in, we’ll go through various practices that will support your goal for the session. At the end, we’ll create an “action plan” on any next steps we can take to ensure progressive healing, growth, and well-being. There isn’t a one-size-fits all approach; the developmental modalities we use will be the ones that can support you best in the current session, and we may use different ones in future sessions to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need. After sessions, I'll always follow up to check in on how you're doing and offer suggestions for continued support and well-being.
How do sessions work?
All sessions are conducted via secure and encrypted video call (Google Meet) unless otherwise arranged. This ensures sessions are convenient and relaxing for you since you can experience our sessions from the comfort of your own private space at a time that works best for your schedule.
How much do sessions cost?
Session pricing varies depending on length and frequency of sessions, as well as add-ons such as priority on-call support. I offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please visit the Wellness Packages page for more information.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
I don't normally offer in-person sessions, but you can contact me and we can discuss opportunities for me to travel to you/your team or vice versa. However, I do offer remote/virtual sessions which might be helpful since they make working together possible from wherever you are.
How can I contact you?
You can reach me by using the contact form at the bottom of this page or emailing me at sarahtillemont@gmail.com. I'm always happy to answer your questions.

You can explore other sections of this website, such as the "Meet Sarah" page or my LinkedIn here, to learn more about me.
Do you work with teams?
Absolutely! Please reach out here to inquire if you're a coach seeking Integrative Wellness support or about collaboration with your professional sport team.
How does Integrative Wellness differ from mental coaching or sports psychology?
While I share the same levels of confidentiality, discretion, and intention to support athletes’ well-being, it's important to understand that I'm not a licensed or trained mental health professional (or a medical professional for that matter) like a clinical psychologist is; this means I do not diagnose or treat illnesses or disorders. My work complements sports psychology by integrating holistic methodologies and techniques to address not just mindset, but the overall foundations of well-being: mind, body, emotion, energy, and soul. Over the course of a decade, I’ve seen how this work positively supports the work psychologists do rather than replacing it, both by working with clients in collaboration with psychologists and also as an accredited holistic therapy teacher training licensed mental health therapists so they can help their clients in similar ways as I do.
MEET SARAH
Sarah is recognized globally as an Integrative Wellness Expert and Educator emphasizing that "healing is experiencing yourself," and her unique approach combines cutting-edge holistic wellness practices with proven teaching expertise to bridge the gap between soul-deep healing and every day living.
She's a trauma-informed, non-clinical Advanced Integrative Therapy Practitioner, accredited teacher with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), certified life and spiritual coach, 200H yoga teacher with a focus on meditation, rest, and nervous system recovery, and has completed her Certificate in Sports Psychology for Athletes Development with FC Barcelona to help tailor Integrative Wellness through an athlete-centric approach. She's also had the honor of sharing her work as a published author, hosting the Her Ascension Story Podcast that's reached 65+ countries, and years of leading healing retreats in Sedona, Cape Cod, and Asheville in the United States.
Her passion for working with professional athletes was inspired by her husband, Leo, a former collegiate/pro soccer player and current FIFA-licensed football agent. Early in their relationship, she developed a deep appreciation for the immense passion and ambition athletes bring to both their careers and personal lives. Having witnessed how Integrative Wellness positively transforms the lives of her high-performing clients like public figures and CEOs of large companies, Sarah recognized its potential to elevate every aspect of an athlete's journey too, both in and out of sports, and especially in the emerging focus on athlete well-being through the female-lens.
Her mission is to create a paradigm shift in how we approach performance, healing, and well-being. By providing elite athletes with deep holistic support and personal empowerment, she helps cultivate a generation of inspiring role models who thrive in every dimension of life: mind, body, emotion, energy, and soul.
